Heritage on Fillmore is a mixed-use redevelopment project located in the heart of San Francisco’s Fillmore District. The district—once called the Harlem of the West—is among the city’s most ethnically and economically diverse communities, and is the historical center of African-American culture in San Francisco. The identity mark reflects this cultural diversity and heritage, and is a unifying symbol for different aspects of the project. These include the project as a whole, the condominiums, and the jazz heritage museum.
